Project description

I designed and managed the JRC study Overview and Analysis of Policy Models for the Integration and Innovative Use of Digital Technologies in Education (DigEduPol)”. The study was carried out by CARSA and the Department of Education of the University of Oxford under my supervision. The aim of the study was to increase our knowledge base on how digital education policies are implemented in the EU and beyond and to better understand the key enablers, success factors and barriers. The key findings seek to inform, guide and inspire policy makers at all governance levels (local, regional, national, international) in designing new policy initiatives, or in adapting or redesigning existing ones in the field of digital education. The main outputs of the study, presented in this report, consist of an inventory of 40+ policy initiatives in digital education, 6 case studies, and a thorough review of relevant academic literature.
